White paper cover

New measures for the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme (CPRS) were announced by the Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, Treasurer Wayne Swan and Minister for Climate Change and Water, Penny Wong.

The White Paper, Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme: Australia's Low Pollution Future, was released on 15 December 2008. The paper outlines the final design of the Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme and decisions on other significant climate change programs. Find out more about the White Paper
